Every summer the beach beckons us, vacations ramp up and the weather is toasty it’s no wonder we’re sad to see it go when the autumn are beginning to make its brisk appearance. We want to savor it as long as possible.

Luckily, there are a few summer staples that don’t have to disappear simply because the season changes. There are ways to keep the summertime, or at the least the healthy habits we have during it, alive all year round. Below are a few warm-weather practises we should continue beyond the summer season.

1 Stock up on in-season produce.

Eating seasonal fruits and veggies ensures your produce will savour, stench and feel its best — which in turn means you’ll enjoy feeing the good stuff more( and perhaps stay away from that cookie jar ). Tomato season may not be forever, but with fall superfoods like pumpkins, apples and Brussels buds in the distance, feeing in season can be just as delicious.
2 Move more during the day.
