I’m always interested to see how superstars like Kim Kardashian West lose weight and diet because I’m always curious if they do anything special or have access to, like, super cool technology that helps them do it. Sadly for my lazy butt, the majority of cases it’s simply honest dedication to diet and exercise.

Well, if there’s one thing that’s true about the Kardashians, it is that they are all dedicated, committed, hard-working people. So, it shouldn’t be a amaze Kim Kardashian lost nearly 70 pounds since giving birth to son Saint West in December.

We’ve been all over her workout routine( orworkout routines) and previous diets, butPEOPLE recently caught up with Kim to discuss everything she’s been doing lately to get and stayhealthy.

Whatever Kim’s been doing must be hard because she looks amazing, but as usual, current realities TV superstar stimulates it all sound so simple, if not easy.

Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE,

I believe dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn’t actually ever is considered that before. I supposed,’ Oh, I can work out, I can just feed whatever I want.’ But you have to work out all the time.

Yup, diet and exercising are pretty much the key to her health plan. Kim was reportedly on the Atkins diet( a low-carb diet ), making the gym around 6 am and consuming about 1,800 calories a day, but she didn’t cut out the foods that build life worth living.

She told PEOPLE,

We eat a lot of fish and turkey.It’s a full modified thing … And there would be this road mix with M& M chocolates with peanuts, so there was stuff that attains it you feel like you can live. And not like super restricted to anything.

She said she virtually lost her route after losing 55 poundsdue toa few too many churros during trip-ups to Disneyland with her children, but she soon discovered her style back with the purposes of Kanye West and their own families, and told PEOPLEshe’s now down almost 70 pounds.
