( CNN) Like many people who resolved to start exerting regularly in January, you have probably given up by now.

Is there anything that you can do to become part of the successful minority of people who exert regularly?
Starting and maintaining an exercise program are in need of behavioral change, and having a positive aim( or resolution) is a critical first step. But for most people, intention alone is not enough to change behavior. Initial and ongoing behaviour growth and the rules of procedure abilities are also essential to help turn intentions into actions.
