Kardashian, who turned 32 on Tuesday, addressed her life changes during an appearance on Lorraine, where she said she originally resigned herself to believing she was never meant to be a certain size.

Once she started losing weight naturally, though, Khlo chose she would start working out with a trainer to boost her weight loss. Six months after that, she decided to get a nutritionist, and the rest is history. Stunning history.

Kardashian told Lorraine,

Once I started taking my health more seriously I started considering whoa, definitionin my limbs, like simply muscles, and that motivates you more to keep working out. And even just dealing with, you know, life experiences you only feel good mentally, physically, everything.
