On Monday, the 35 -year-old took to Instagram to reveal that she was burning some calories with a little exercise, sharing 😛 TAGEND

And last week, the reality starring uncovered on Twitter that she’s almost halfway towards her weight loss aim, writing 😛 TAGEND

Now that she’s just about at the midway point, we’re learning that the brunette beauty is planning on losing two pounds each week, until she reaches her target weight!

And just how is she going to do that?

Well, the lovely lady is on the Atkins diet! Her nutritionist Colette Heimowitz — who is also the Vice President of Nutrition Education and Science at Atkins — dished about her diet deets to Extra , saying 😛 TAGEND

“Because she’s breastfeeding, we started her on the Atkins 40 program, which is a new entry phase for Atkins, which lets her more carbohydrates. So we are capable of pace the weight loss at two pounds a week, so that it won’t affect her breast milk, and she gets adequate protein from chicken, fish, and some[ red] meat, dairy from Greek yogurt and some cheese, lots of vegetables low glycemic fruits like berries, healthy fats like nuts and olive oil so many selections for her to make a healthy diet.”

And the specialist has pointed out that those morning jogs — along with other workout — will totally help on her journey, adding 😛 TAGEND

“She’s also exerting, so she’ll sculpt her body with a personal trainer and lose 40 pounds of fat with us, and if it’s two to three pounds a week, it will take a couple months.”

The exec also revealed that the beauty of Kimmy’s regimen is that she isn’t dramatically cutting calories, acknowledging 😛 TAGEND

“On Atkins, you can take in more calories than you would on a typical low-calorie diet and lose actually more weight.”
