Adrienne Osuna who has lost only 2 pounds but dropped six dress sizings is being praised for the honest photo, which presents her before and after she began heavy weight lifting and transformed her body.

I THANK GOD I didnt let the scale stop meI could care less what I weigh, the mother of four wrote in the caption of the original Instagram post, in which she says she is now a size 10 instead of a sizing 16. For reals powerlifting built this body. My goals are to build muscle and lose fat.
