But even if you’re not within the 65 percent of the human population who has that fight, the sugar in dairy is enough to keep your skinny jeans tight. Dairy contains sugar, which can often make it difficult to shed the pounds if you’ve made a plateau in your weight-loss journey.
You’ll breathe better.
This is a bit of a controversial theory, but some evidence depictscutting out dairy actually helps you breathe better. It may not has become a perfect answer for asthma sufferers, but hey, it’s worth a shot.
Eliminating milk products from your diet may not be a solution for everyone. I get it, cheese is delicious.
